After celebrating Liberation Day together, Osteria del Notaro is preparing for a new event dedicated to conviviality, tradition, and the scents of spring: May Day Lunch.
Labor Day has always been synonymous with trips out of town, fresh air, and, above all, lavishly laid tables to share with family and friends. What better setting than the heart of Cilento to unwind from the routine and enjoy the slow pace of our land?
A menu in keeping with Cilento tradition
For this occasion, our kitchen has created a gastronomic journey that celebrates nature in all its splendor. May is the month of intense aromas and garden produce that once again brighten our dishes.
The star of the show, as always, will be the authentic Cilento. From appetizers rich in local cured meats and cheeses, to first courses of handmade pasta—like our signature fusilli or lagane—to expertly cooked select meats, each course is a tribute to the Mediterranean diet and the quality of locally sourced ingredients.
We’ll also feature seasonal dishes, prepared following time-honored recipes to make you feel at home, but with the refined touch of our Osteria.
